At ORDER LAH!, we take pride in delivering our seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruits right to your doorstep with care and reliability. To ensure the best quality and preparation, all orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully pack your items on the day of delivery to maintain maximum freshness. If any item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a suitable replacement or refund.
We currently deliver within Johor Bahru and selected nearby areas. Delivery is free for orders above RM250, while a small fee of RM10–RM25 applies for orders below RM250, depending on your location. For any questions or changes to your order, our friendly customer support team is ready to assist you through WhatsApp or email. At ORDER LAH!, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Return & Exchange Policy
At ORDER LAH!, we strive to deliver only the highest-quality products to our customers. If you receive any item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation. To process a return or exchange, we may request a photo of the item as proof.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering mistakes. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
